I have enjoyed seeing your new work. One thing that really stands out to me is how the people are so disconnected from one another, even though they are all in a relatively small space. That is not revolutionary for urban life, but the lack of background detail seems to really bring this fact to the fore front.

Thanks for leaving your thoughts. I'd have to agree that we're looking at the group of people as a viewer would from a park bench. Maybe even like someone watching a movie. Immersed but not totally, and certainly removed from interactivity. I love people watching, every one marching around on their own personal quest, however, big or small. Leaving the background simple heightens that aspect for sure.
